WHO WE ARE...

Futures On Fire is made up of area experts in college admission advising.  We are licensed high school guidance counselors with years of experiences in the college admissions process.  We have visited hundreds of colleges and sat in the offices of Deans of Admissions.  We talk with teens and their parents every day, and we live the college application process with them.   We know the process and we understand what it takes to find that perfect match for your teen.  We are devoted to the personal, emotional, and academic growth of teenagers as they ask themselves the age old question..."what do I want to be when I grow up?"

-We have been recognized for our expertise by National and Local Organizations, as well as college and universities.

 -We have all obtained the level of Masters in School Counseling and Guidance.

 -We belong to the National Association for College Admissions Counseling. 

 -We belong to the Ohio School Counselor Association.

-We attend college articulation meetings annually.

WHO WE ARE NOT...

Armchair quarterbacks.  Beware of the people who call themselves "experts," but have no formal training in college admissions or life experience in the job.  Some folks who are trying to advise your teen on college admissions have very little, if any, experience in actual college admissions guidance...their knowledge consists of what they've read "online" or in a book.    Armchair quarterbacks posing as college admissions experts are not who you want giving college admissions advice to your teen.  Be sure to check credentials before hiring any type of college admissions consultant!!
